Quality Assurance
Quality is a full-time responsibility for all JSIW personnel. Our Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) system is established in accordance with internationally recognized Quality Management and Quality Assurance standards, ensuring consistent and technically sound project execution. Our QC/QA Program ensures that all work performed by JSIW and its subcontractors is carried out, documented, and reported in accordance with the project’s Contract Documents and applicable requirements.
Our dedicated quality team, comprising the Project Manager, Project Superintendent, Field Superintendents, Crew Foremen, Project Engineer, Purchasing Manager & all concerned, maintains effective quality controls throughout every phase of the project. The team is responsible for controlling project documentation, ensuring that all required testing is properly performed and recorded, maintaining personnel qualification and certification records, and monitoring subcontractor compliance with project quality requirements. Through this structured approach, JSIW is committed to delivering work that consistently meets project requirements and the highest standards of quality, reliability, and professionalism.

Safety
The safety and well-being of our personnel, customers, subcontractors, and all others affected by our operations, as well as the protection of property and equipment, are of paramount importance to JSIW. We are committed to complying with all applicable local, state, and federal occupational health and safety requirements and to maintaining a safe and healthy working environment throughout our operations.
JSIW implements a comprehensive Safety Management Program designed to prevent incidents, injuries, and property damage, with a goal of ZERO ACCIDENTS. Our safety program is continuously reviewed and adapted to address site- and project-specific requirements, risks, and conditions. Where appropriate, lessons learned and effective project-specific practices are incorporated into our standard safety procedures to promote continual improvement in safety performance.
Environmental Protection
JSIW is committed to protecting the environment and minimizing the environmental impact of our operations throughout every stage of project execution. All personnel are trained and instructed in the proper handling, storage, use, and disposal of materials and substances that may pose a risk to the environment. During construction, work areas are maintained in a clean and orderly condition, with excess materials, debris, and waste removed regularly. Waste materials, including used oils, paint-contaminated materials, and other regulated waste, are handled, transported, and disposed of in accordance with applicable environmental laws, regulations, and project requirements.
Upon completion of construction activities, JSIW undertakes thorough site cleanup and restoration to ensure that temporary construction materials, waste, debris, equipment, and other remnants of construction are removed from the project site. Through responsible work practices, environmental awareness, and compliance with applicable requirements, we strive to prevent pollution, minimize waste, and continually improve our environmental performance.
